Is there a way to consistently lewd the monsters? I thought I just had to get them low enough health without killing them but it doesn't seem to work even dealing very slow damage with the chain. Or is it just a random chance for each monster instead of dying? Also, does the boss have a separate scene?

right now it is random. There will be ways to charm monsters in the future, but right now it is random chance.

The bosses are just buffed up enmies now, later they will have their own unique sprites and scenes yes :)

I encountered a crash, I believe it was while attacking and/or being attacked in the sun form. Crash log:

that's a layering bug. There are a lot of things calling this script. I worked on it a lot, but apparently it's still imperfect.

Thank you for the report!
